• If players cancel within the first 2 weeks or prior to the start of the program, they will receive a full refund (minus processing fees).
• If players cancel after the first 2 weeks but before half of the practices take place, they will receive a 50% refund (minus processing fees).
• If players cancel after 50% of the program has taken place, there will be no refunds.
• If a program is cancelled by SJMF, individuals will receive a full refund (including processing fees).
• SJMF can negotiate price adjustments PRIOR to registration

All participants must sign the program waiver prior to starting. This is mandatory for all players to ensure they are covered under our insurance policy as well. This is included with all online registrations.

Practices cancelled due to holiday or weather closures, will not be rescheduled.
For snow days, we will still operate if the facility remains open & public transportation is still operating.
